Mechanical Sys Maintenance and Overhaul Svcs

Esenkıyı Shipyard provides extensive mechanical maintenance and overhaul services for main and auxiliary engines, performed in full compliance with manufacturer technical documentation (Service Manual/Overhaul Guide) and classification society rules. Engine services include cylinder head overhaul, piston and cylinder liner replacement, crankshaft and camshaft inspection, lubrication and fuel system calibration, and—when necessary—complete disassembly and reassembly of the engine block. All critical measurements are verified according to original tolerances and test results are fully documented.

In boiler systems, both water-tube and fire-tube configurations are serviced with tube replacement, burner calibration, safety valve testing, and water level control system verification. Condensate tanks, steam traps, and condenser units are refurbished with a focus on restoring thermal efficiency.

Within cooling systems, both shell-and-tube and plate-type coolers undergo mechanical cleaning, leak testing, gasket integrity checks, and torque control for fasteners, followed by system performance testing. Separator units are serviced by rebalancing disc assemblies, replacing sealing gaskets, and overhauling the gearbox components.

For pumping systems, shaft, bearing, and impeller replacement is performed. In fan and blower systems, rotor balancing, bearing renewal, and electric motor integration are executed.

Additionally, our team provides full maintenance for hydraulic systems, including cargo cranes, hatch covers, and ramp systems. This includes actuator overhaul, seal replacements, accumulator testing, and fluid inspection.

All operations are carried out with performance testing and post-maintenance verification to ensure system reliability and extended service life.
