Esenkıyı Shipyard deploys specially structured mobile technical teams to carry out high-quality intervention services at anchorage zones, alongside berths, or while the vessel is underway. These operations are planned on a 24/7 availability model to minimize downtime and provide swift technical recovery in case of system malfunctions.

Our mobile service capabilities are organized under the following specialist teams:

Electrical and Automation Team: Diagnosing PLC faults, synchronizer errors, ACB/VCB switchgear faults, bus communication problems, and sensor calibrations in low and medium-voltage systems.

Main Engine and Generator Team: Conducting periodic diesel engine maintenance, fuel and lubrication system checks, compression testing, valve clearance adjustments, and auxiliary engine servicing. We also support IMO Tier II/III emission-compliant engine systems.

Mechanical Repair Team: Repairing pump and valve systems, hydraulic circuits, cooling lines, sealing component replacements, pipe repairs, and HVAC modifications.

Painting and Surface Preparation Team: Performing spot cleaning, localized grit blasting, epoxy and polyurethane coating applications, internal tank repair works, and on-site cathodic protection system replacements.

All field services are carried out in accordance with class society requirements for on-site approvals, and detailed test reports and certificates are issued upon completion. When necessary, mobile teams are dispatched with portable workshop units and spare parts to enable on-site fabrication and repairs.
